Acceptable Use Policy

Elucora is for legitimate evidence workflows, not unrestricted scraping or network access.

Permitted use

You may capture public sources for research, AI provenance, data quality, compliance records, journalism, and other lawful workflows when you have the right to access and process the material.

Prohibited use

You may not use Elucora to:

  • Access private networks, cloud metadata, credentialed URLs, paywalls, access controls, or systems you are not authorized to reach.
  • Store secrets, authentication tokens, private keys, highly sensitive personal data, malware, or unlawful content in receipt inputs or metadata.
  • Harass, surveil, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate, or harm a person.
  • Infringe copyright, privacy, database, contractual, or other rights, or ignore a source’s binding access restrictions.
  • Overload sources or Elucora, evade quotas, probe infrastructure, automate abusive account creation, or interfere with another customer.
  • Present an Elucora receipt as proof that a statement is true, independently timestamped, legally certified, or endorsed by Elucora.
  • Use the service for illegal financial activity, sanctions evasion, gambling, or other prohibited or restricted activity.

Enforcement and reporting

We may throttle, block, preserve evidence of, or suspend activity that creates security, legal, or operational risk. Report abuse with the receipt ID, URL, and explanation to support@elucora.com.
