Terms of Service
The rules for using Elucora during its controlled beta.
Effective and last updated: August 13, 20261. Who operates Elucora
Elucora is operated by an individual sole proprietor in Bangkok, Thailand (“Elucora,” “we,” or “us”). Questions and legal notices may be sent to support@elucora.com.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. Keep keys server-side, rotate a key you suspect is exposed, and provide accurate account and billing information.
3. The service
Elucora fetches permitted public internet sources, preserves captured bytes, selects evidence when requested, hashes the artifact and selection, and signs a receipt. A valid receipt proves integrity and Elucora issuance. It does not prove that a source is truthful, provide an independent legal timestamp, guarantee that a page matched a browser-rendered view, or replace professional legal, financial, or compliance advice.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain rights in the URLs, metadata, and other material you submit. You grant Elucora the limited rights needed to fetch, process, store, secure, and return that material. You represent that your use is lawful and does not violate third-party rights or website terms that apply to you.
5. Plans, limits, and payment
Plan limits are shown on the pricing page and dashboard. New captures may stop when a limit is reached; existing verification links may remain available. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the Stripe customer portal. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Unless required by law, partial months are not refunded; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
6. Beta availability
The service is offered during a controlled beta and may change. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a service-level agreement, or permanent artifact retention unless a written agreement says otherwise. We may suspend abusive, risky, unlawful, or unpaid use.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elucora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties. Elucora is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, trading loss, or reliance on a source. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid Elucora in the three months before the event giving rise to it, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
8. Governing law and changes
Thailand law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before materially changing these terms, we will update this page and the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
